HBBC week 3

Week 3 of the challenge is over!
This week was harder for me because I was battling a sinus infection...does the sickness ever end!?!

But let's get to it, shall we....

Sunday (12/1) - 3.5 mile run & Balletone class
I stepped out of my comfort zone and tried a new class.
My friend Gwen teaches a Balletone class and I decided to try it.
It was definitely tough but a good kind of tough.

Monday (12/2) - Rest day
I started feeling under the weather so I gave my body a break.

Tuesday (12/3) - Elliptical & chest/back/core workout
Nothing like being wide awake at 4:45. 
Instead of tossing and turning in bed, I decided to get up and workout.
A great way to start the day if you ask me.

Wednesday (12/4) - Rest day
I started feeling crappy again and just took it easy.

Thursday (12/5) - 3.5 mile run & yoga
I ran even though it wasn't the best decision.
I couldn't help it....almost 60 degrees in December....yes please!

Friday (12/6) - Rest day
I took my Mom's advice and went to the doctor.
Sinus infection.
Z-pack and refill on my inhaler
Mom's always right...

Saturday (12/7) - Rest day

Total points - 41

Not the greatest week in workouts but that's just life sometimes.

I'm ready to start a new week!

  1. Its always so hard to fight the battle between resting when you're sick and wanting to work out. I always feel guilty when I take extra rest days, even though I know that my body needs it!

  2. That's a pretty good week of workouts, especially considering you weren't feeling very well! Glad you went to the doctor and hopefully you are feeling better now.
