HBBC week 1

This week kicked off the first week to the Holiday Bootie Buster Challenge!!

Here's my workout recaps which also means photo collages!
I know you can't contain your excitement, ha ha.

Sunday (11/17) - 3 mile run
What better way to kick off the challenge than with a run?!

Monday (11/18) - Chest/back workout & 4 mile run

The treadmill is growing on me.

Tuesday (11/19) - Leg workout & yoga

Wednesday (11/20) - Arms/shoulders/speed rope workout & 3 mile run

I think running in shorts weather has finally ended. *sad face*
I've made a conscious effort to foam roll after each run.
I'm getting better and hating it less.

Thursday (11/21) - 4 mile run & yoga

Friday (11/22) - Rest day

Saturday (11/23) - Unplanned rest day

Total points - 52

In addition to my workouts I also made sure to drink my water and eat my 7-9 servings of freggies.

Life has been a bit stressful lately which explains my many 2-a-days.

But overall I feel like I got a great start to the HBBC.
I'm determined to stay on track during the holidays.

  2. It's weather like this where you will love your treadmill--no fun for long runs but helps get it done for shorter ones! :) Great job Natalie!! You look amazing!
