Accountability

HAPPY FRIDAY!

A shout out to Megan Sullivan who donated this morning. YOU ROCK!!!

I love that people (some I've never met) are willing to donate to my fundraising page. It's so heartwarming. Thank you again!!

I'm a true believer that if I put something down on paper for other people to read then I will do it. It's how I keep myself accountable.

I constantly have all kinds of ideas and thoughts running through my head but rarely does any of it happen.

I've been thinking a lot about what I want career-wise. I know that I will not return to the paralegal world. It isn't my passion and I don't want to deal with the commute into DC. I would rather work closer to home and closer to the schools that my children will attend.

I am about 99% sure I want to go the certified personal trainer and/or certified group fitness instructor route.

I am still researching my options. Should I go with NASM, ACE or ISSA? Right now it's all very overwhelming. Hopefully this weekend I can sit down and really take a look at all the different programs and what each one offers.

Are you a certified personal trainer? Which program did you use?

  1. I went through NASM, from what I found talking to others was NASM of ACSM were the most highy respected. I looked where I planned to work and saw which ones they accepted too and these were it. Good luck :)

    1. I'm not sure which direction I am going to go once I am certified. I want to go through NASM but it doesn't look like they do certified group fitness.
