I finished week 1 of the holiday booty buster challenge. So far I have a total of 30 points, not too bad for the first week.
My goal is to stay active during the holiday season since it is so easy to fall out of an exericse routine.
I don't think I am running nearly enough but I am trying my best. I have been doing my strength training twice a week and also cross-training, hopefully all of that will keep me conditioned.
